The Wheelchair Service is a Physiotherapist lead wheelchair assessment, prescription and provision service to provide a customised wheelchair for the needy people. Our aim is to facilitate independent mobility within the home and local community by personalized wheelchairs along with associated pressure relief and postural support.

We provide manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs,  wheelchair seating , pressure relieving wheelchair cushions, and wheelchair postural support to clients who are in need of a customized wheelchair. We provide customized wheelchairs to  individuals with the required, necessary aids for daily living, empowering them to lead independent lives.

We have found that even the simplest of equipment, such as a walker or bed rail, or minor adaptations to the home such as handrails and ramps, can make a significant difference in giving people the confidence to live independently.
