Prof Dr Mohammed Ameer Hussain I, PT PhD, Founder Chairman and Chief Physiotherapist of Ameer Physio Cranio Care Clinics, currently doing his PhD in Sports Physiotherapy. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University. Certified Mulligan Concept Practitioner and Wheelchair Service and Training Professional. He has completed various certificate courses in Neuro Physiotherapy, Paediatric Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal and Neural concepts such as Maitland, Neurodynamics, Trigger Release Therapy, Fascia related concepts like Kinesiology Taping, Myofascial Release and Exercise-based treatments like Pilates, Hydrotherapy. In 2012 He learnt Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy, pursued his Diploma BCST in  2018 and continues to update himself in this field by doing a PG Diploma in BCST. Prof Dr  Mohammed Ameer Hussain I, possesses extensive knowledge of recent trends and the latest technology in physiotherapy.

Dr. Mohammed Ameer Hussain I, began his clinical practice in the year 2000 as an Assistant Physiotherapist and initiated his professional practice in 2003. He has worked in orthopedic hospitals, neuro hospitals, multispeciality hospitals, as well as pediatric physiotherapy centers. Additionally, he has accompanied various sports teams as a physiotherapist, gaining extensive experience in neurology, musculoskeletal, and sports aspects of physiotherapy by 2003. In 2008, he established AMEER PHYSIO CARE CLINIC in Madurai Villapuram Housing Board, followed by another branch in KK Nagar, Madurai, in 2018, and subsequently in Palanganatham, Madurai, and Chennai-Perumbakkam. After completing his Diploma in BCST, he renamed his clinic as AMEER PHYSIO CRANIO CARE CLINIC.

Prof Dr Mohammed Ameer Hussain I was also involved in research activities for the betterment of the lives of patients who are dependent on others. Dr  Mohammed Ameer Hussain and engineers were into designing a mobility aid to do exercises that may help patients like paraplegics, hemiplegics and other neurological conditions patients who all have reduced mobility in their lower limbs. This team got the SoCH award in the year of 2018 and was selected for the finals where only 4 teams were selected from all over India.

He also presented many scientific papers at conferences and sent scientific writings to the Physiotherapy Journals.

AMEER PHYSIO CRANIO CARE CLINIC has tied up with many sports clubs and sports teams, these entities visit Ameer Physio Cranio Care Clinics for injury treatment and performance enhancement, a collaboration that has been ongoing since 2007. Prof Dr Mohammed Ameer Hussain I, the founder is an active sports enthusiast who consistently engages in sports training and fitness training routines himself.

Prof Dr Mohammed Ameer Hussain I, began his professional practice in a paediatric clinic in 2003, where he treated numerous children with cerebral palsy with or without mental retardation. That time he recognized the potential benefits of combining Physiotherapy with Sports to aid in their recovery. That realization prompted him to pursue a master's degree in sports and he has been working with special children since 2007.

Prof Dr Mohammed Ameer Hussain I, has published professional research articles about physiotherapy in international journals and has written numerous Tamil articles in various Tamil daily newspapers to raise awareness among the general public. He has delivered live radio talks on Madurai Radio Station and is actively involved in teaching physiotherapists about recent updates in the field of physiotherapy. Additionally, he educates the public on health issues and how to prevent pain and other health-related problems.
